ISOTHERM felt the need for introducing its own range of insulated cabins for trucks in order to provide a complete mobile cold store solution. At ISOTHERM we manufacture insulated vehicle bodies to the highest standards and guarantee thermal efficiency and durability.
We can build vehicle bodies for pick ups, trucks, vans and trailers as per customer requirements. These bodies are ideal to store / transport food products i.e meat, poultry, fruit, diary and juices. These boxes can maintain temperature as long as -25°c.
ISOTHERM offers its customers a wide variety of high quality accessories, Wind Deflector, Aerodynamic design, Steel Steps, Doors, Rail Holding Straps, Meat Hanging and Temperature Monitoring System from European origin which adds durability of the refrigerated boxes.
APPLICATION: Vehicle bodies to suit pickups, trucks, trailers and semi-trailers (up to 40 ft long ) are manufactured by us according to customer requirement.
PANEL THICKNESS: 80 mm to 150mm thickness suitable for +15 deg to -40 deg.
DOORS: The different kind of doors for the insulated truck body are manufactured individually within our factory to meet specific client requirement. These include double or single leaf hinged door with 270°opening.
FLOORS: The internal flooring of the vehicle body is made using high grade chequered aluminum finish plates.
FINISH: PPGI, Plastic Coated GI, Stainless Steel, GRP Facing, Wooden finish & Chequered Aluminium
